Our highly experienced faculty constitutes the backbone of our institution. The faculty members of MBA department have a rich count of published papers and books to their credit. They are renowned for their excellent teaching skills and contribution to management education through creation of new knowledge. They encourage the students to look beyond the books and explore the subject with experiential learning. They not only induce interest in the subject among the students through classroom discussions, GD’s, presentations, debates but also enhance the student’s communication, presentation skills and helps building confidence, converting them into lifelong learners.
Students are continuously updated with the advancement of technology. The faculty helps students to adapt themselves in this challenging global environment . The faculty members are not only academically diverse but are also leading figures in their respective areas. They help the students to develop critical thinking and move towards holistic decision making. The core faculty is supported by distinguished visiting faculty comprising of senior managers from industry, top government officers and senior faculty members of other educational institutions.
With the establishment of the department in 2005, the Faculty has made significant progress in terms of restructuring the course, introducing new topics, experimenting with innovative techniques of imparting legal education and strengthening its programme in order to give due emphasis to the expanding horizons of the legal profession. With the faculty’s continuous efforts, the institute introduced a five year integrated BA LL.B programme from the year 2011. The wealth of knowledge and industry experience shared by the faculty translate into giving the students an impeccable edge in terms of learning and employment.
The teaching staff helps students to expand their horizons, both personally and academically. Hailing from heterogeneous back-grounds IPEM’s education department progressively imparts moral and ethical values in addition to the knowledge of the course. Through rigorous training methodology they keep themselves updated to disseminate updated knowledge. The faculty encourages and inspires the students to put in their best and excel in their fields. The faculty strives hard to provide them all round knowledge in theory, practical work and guides them in all other academic activities like seminars, projects, training, etc.
The 'JOURNAL OF IPEM' is the Bi-annual referred Journal, published by Institute of Professional Excellence & Management- Ghaziabad having ISSN 0974-8903. This Journal is a conglomerate of Research Papers/ Articles on different Topics of Management and Information Technology. The Institute recommends Quality Research Papers and Articles in publishing to meet International Standards hence a Team of well qualified Academic persons scrutinized every research paper/ article on the basis of different parameters before recommends it.

Contributions should not exceed 5000 words exclusive of charts, tables & other graphics. The research papers should be preceded by an Abstract, not exceeding 150 words. Tables & charts should be in black & white only. They should be serially numbered, sequentially, following references to them in the text and presented on separate sheets.
Two good prints of the Article, in A-4 size stationary are required to be submitted. Material should be formatted in Times New-Roman, font size 12 point style normal. The main headings should be in upper case with font size 14 and sub headings should be formatted in l/u case with font size 13. Manuscript should be clearly typed in double space with 1 and 1/2" wide margin on the left and 1/2" on the right. Authors must ensure that the hard copy will be considered final and authentic. Additionally, the material should be sent either as an e-mail attachment or on a CD formatted in Word for Windows.
