Founding Legacy

A steady journey from 1996 to a leading Delhi-NCR institution.

Established in 1996 under the aegis of the Laksh Educational Society, registered under the Societies Act, 1860, the Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM), Ghaziabad has grown into a distinguished institution offering quality higher education in the Delhi-NCR region.

The institute offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Education, Management, Commerce, and Computer Applications, approved by regulatory bodies such as the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and affiliated with Chaudhary Charan Singh University (CCSU), Meerut. IPEM is also an ISO 9001:2015 Certified institution, reflecting its commitment to maintaining high academic and administrative standards.

Over the years, IPEM has expanded its academic offerings and intake capacity, with programmes like BBA (120 seats) and BCA (180 seats) catering to growing student aspirations. The Centre for Teacher Education (CTE), established in 2002, has evolved significantly, with the B.Ed. programme intake increased to 200 seats since 2006, demonstrating the institute’s continuous growth and academic strength.
